The lime combustion burning deviceis designed and developed by our company based on the technology requirements for lime or dolomite calcine and consider the characteristics of temperature distribution within a rotary kiln as well as the mechanism of forming the fuel NOx during the process of combustion.

The purposes: as the source of heat for calcine kilns, to meet the requirement the system quantity of heat.

The working principle: by means the multi-channel burning technology the first air and fueldivided into different flow and whirlwind spinning effect, to speed up the mixing of fuel with first air. After mixing, the rapid shooting flow is formed again by means of different speed of flow occurs interface attrition function, to make the rapid flow absorb the slow flow, that is whirl absorb the second high temperature air.Therefore to speed up the fuel speed of heat and reaction speed of fuel. Using the kinetic energy of rapid current shooting flow to absorb all the second air, to make them take place at good physics mixing condition and burning chemical reaction states.

The main characteristic:

1.Based on the mechanism of forming NOx during the course of burning of fuel to form NOx, to control the NOx content in the fume.

2.Multi-channel low NOx emissions burner can make the NOx consistence in fume greatly decrease, 40-60 lower than normal, by applying feedback result to indicate that the NOx content in fume at end of kiln normally is 350~400 ppm, it is about 50 lower than ordinary value 800 ppm which have reached the advanced level in the world.

3.Multi-channel low NOx emissions burner is fixed on the moving device which are designed especially for this burner. Applying universal model design can ensure to regulate agility within the degree of 3° to up-down and right-left direction. Meanwhile, also to ensure it can be moved forward and backward over the 700 mm distance, therefore to easy regulate length of flame as well as for burner overhaul.

4. The shape and length of flame for multi-channel low NOx emissions burner can meet the requirement for calcining technology and temperature distribution inside a rotary kiln, and the shape and length of flame can be adjusted.

5. The flame temperature and the top temperature can be controlled to prevent the material over-burning and to avoid forming a kiln ring block.

6. Multi-phase burning and mixing burning can be adapted, also can be used sole burning with single-phase fuel (coal powder, oil and gas)
