Floatation machine is used for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metal, but also for nonmetal, such as coal, fluorite and talc. The flotation machine forms the negative pressure as motor triangle trasmission belt drives the impeller rotating to make centrifugal effect. The machine, on one hand, inhales sufficient air to mix with pulp, on the other hand, stirs the pulp with drug, at the same time, refining foam and making minerals adhere to the foam. The foam floats to the surface of the pulp and becomes mineralized bubble. Adjusting the flashboard height, and controlling the liquid level makes the useful bubble scraped by scraper.

Floatation machine is mainly used for sorting copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, and also for roughing and concentration of ferrous metals and nonmetals.

Slime and pharmaceutical after fully mixed are fed to the slot of the first room of flotation machine, when the impeller rotating, negative pressure forms in the wheel cavity, making the pulp under and in the slot get into the mixing zone separately by low and high suction of the impeller, also making the air along the air guide sleeve get into the mixing zone, where pulp, air and pharmaceutical mix.Under effect of the impeller centrifugal force, the pulp mixture gets into the mineralized zone.Air forms into bubble here, then crushed, and fully contact with coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles, under the action of stator and turbulence board, are uniformly distributed at the tank cross section, and move up into the separating zone, forming foam layer which scraped by bubble scraping unit, then forming foam concentrate. The coal particles not mineralized above the tank bottom will experience mixing, mineralization and separation once again through the circulating port and high suction.Part of the pulp under the tank bottom not inhaled by impeller, gets to the slot of the second chamber through the box buried in the pulp, finishing the entire process of the first room, then comes into the third room. The flotation machine goes round and round, and after the pulp gets into the tailing box through the last chamber, the final tailings are discharged.
