1. Belt carcass: EP/PN, warp polyester, weft Nylon66

2. Belt tension strength: up to 600N/mm per ply

3. Belt width: up to 2500mm without being necessary longitudinal splices

4. Transverse reinforcement: Steel breaker or Nylon breaker

5. Loop coil: vulcanized into belt, compatible with almost all existing RIP detection systems

6. Cover rubber grade: with many years experience and experiment, Dianfeng Belting developed and formed mature formula for diffirent applications, special compound get tested in USA and Chile testing labs
