2. Uses：It can be used as linking agent for solid propellant, and can afford good linking performance in HTPB solid propellants system especially when whose oxidant is AP.
3. Safety notes：The product is considered toxic. In case of contacting with eyes or skin can lead to inflammation. To swallow or to inhale it is harmful. When handling it should be weared protective clothing, synthetic rubber gloves, poison protecting gauze mask and protective eye goggles.
4. Package：Wooden case, in which have been put plastic kegs, net weight 10kg a keg, net weight 20 kg a case .
5. Storage：Keep hermetically in a shady, dry and ventilating place. Its shelf life is 12 months. The product could be still used if up to standard through retest after the specified date.
6. Transportation：Mustn't place upside down , and should prevent sunning and dashing during transportation.
